especially when you consider 1) adaptive reuse proposals have been going on for ages and 2) how few derilict buildings there are in Harrisonburg. Obviously, its not in the best section of the city, but it would make a fantastic museum or restraunt location.

It even worked pretty well as a lamp/light fixture shop before the fire.

I keep hearing about past zoning issues as well as parking in general. I'm sure too that $$$$ is a major factor and from the looks of the place; Very Discouraging!!!
