Zachary DeVore General especially when you consider 1) adaptive reuse proposals have been going on for ages and 2) how few derilict buildings there are in Harrisonburg. Obviously, its not in the best section of the city, but it would make a fantastic museum or restraunt location. 9/5/2010 10:16:00 AM
Zachary DeVore General It even worked pretty well as a lamp/light fixture shop before the fire. 9/5/2010 10:16:26 AM
Stephen Brock General I keep hearing about past zoning issues as well as parking in general. I'm sure too that $$$$ is a major factor and from the looks of the place; Very Discouraging!!! 9/5/2010 5:26:12 PM
