Suspects
Fire Marshals from the Harrisonburg Fire Department have charged two individuals in connection to the small explosion that took place earlier this week. On January 28 around 6:30 a.m., fire and police responded to the 200 block of Chesapeake Avenue for the report of a small explosion. No one was injured and the property damage was very minor. Twenty-five-year-old Andrew J. Lavedan faces three counts of manufacturing, possessing, or using an explosive device (felony); conspiring to manufacture, possess, distribute or use an explosive device (felony); possession of stolen property (felony); and trespassing on a train (misdemeanor). Twenty-one-year-old Joshua A. Tripp faces charges of possessing, manufacturing, or using an explosive device (felony) and trespassing on a train (misdemeanor). Although all precautions were taken due to the explosion taking place on railroad tracks, it appears as though this was an isolated incident with a homemade explosive device. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.

Zachary DeVore General Nice orange and white jump suits they have there - a variation on the classic black and white stripes like from the old movies or Patrick County, VA which is the absolute worst jail to have to interview a client in (the attorney-client interview room is the bathroom). The best jail to meet with clients is the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail - you can pretty much show up at any time and you got a free hotel room from the state and meals because it was so far away - you could go on a friday and spend all of the next day photrographing stuff around Bristol and Abingdon. Good times. 2/3/2010 8:59:13 AM
David Nutter General That both guy did? Wow, what a shame! 2/7/2010 2:10:07 PM
Fred Stuckmann General Wow, what an album, very comprehensive, thanks 2/13/2010 8:10:42 AM
