Zachary DeVore General looks like those idiots were in way lucky to not cause a lot of damage - the law doesn't mess around with explosive cases now, but the fact that things were relatively minor will mitigate any sentence - they'll still get hammered with the response costs though and restitution for the delays. They may even end up facing federal charges with that because of the railroad angle. You know that a fence won't stop that type of stupidity. 1/30/2010 6:44:55 PM
